Bark!

For the past few weeks, Puddy has really turned into a little protector of the homestead. He starts to bark now at every noise he hears out in the hallway, especially at night. I like to think that he senses things with the baby, and he's trying to protect us all. :)

Last night, he woke me up around 2:30am barking, and he barked FOREVER. I finally got up to try to make him stop, and I was surprised to see him barking at the bouncy chair that I got at my shower this weekend. It was pretty cute. I had to walk up to it and touch it and move it in order to get him to calm down. He was a little bit nervous. :) He wasn't very happy around all of the baby stuff I brought home on Saturday. I'm really going to have to be aware of anything I can do to make the transition easier for him.

Poor doggie. He didn't ask for a little brother. :)
