Yesterday was my baby shower. It was really fun! My sister worked really hard on the food and the decorations. I had a really good time, but I sure was tired last night! It's hard for me to be the center of attention, but I got used to it after a little while.
I think I look more "fat" than I do "pregnant", but here are some pics of me opening gifts:

Today, I spend ALL day cutting off tags and washing baby clothes. I have TONS of stuff. However, almost all of the clothes seem to be in the 3-6 month range. I'll have to pick up some more clothes in larger sizes. It's just so hard because I have no idea how big he will be when he gets here. Will he be able to fit into the Newborn stuff? For one day? For a week? Not at all? I just don't know! My dad brought over a dresser, so I have a place to put them. It's in my bedroom, and it is really starting to feel like a baby lives here. :) Oh, and there's also a picture of my diaper bag, which I think is just the cutest thing ever. By the way, that huge dresser is going into my parents garage soon.
Once again, I'm exhausted! However, I'm finally starting to feel that "nesting" sensation that I've heard about. I'm tired as hell, but I'm really in the mood to organize things and start getting things ready.
One more thing, the things that I can't stop staring at are all of the little footed pajamas. Adorable! I keep imagining Christmas Eve, and my son wearing those. It's just perfect.

A couple things:
1) I made the cake! yay!
2) You look like a cute pregnant lady in those pictures.
3) Anybody looking at those pictures are going to think you were just smiling all day! Wrong! Most of the time your face looked like a surly teenager when you were holding things up! So, yeah, I had to keep reminding you to smile in the pics!!
4) I'm glad you're entering the nesting phase. I was afraid it wasn't going to happen and I was going to have to come over and organize all your baby crap. Then I'd feel bad because I'd do it in my normal half-ass way and you'd just have to do it over again. It's much easier this way!
Yeah, most of the pics I look pissed off. But I really wasn't!!! Honest!! I guess I just don't know how to smile for pictures! LOL. And yes, Jennifer yelled at me ALL day to smile!! :) And the cake was YUMMY. It didn't make it past mid-day yesterday.
