They Call It "Goode" For A Reason

If you've read previous posts, then you know all about the pie that was accidentally delivered to me.

I've been thinking about it, and I thought it worthy to post here about how great the customer service was at Goode Company. The woman I spoke to yesterday was very nice, and the woman who called me back today advising me to keep the pie and to "thank (me) for (my) honesty" was very pleasant as well. They could have very well told me that UPS was going to pick up the package. But they were smart, and they used this mistake to their advantage.

See, they know their pies are good. And now, I know their pies are good. And if I ever need a pecan pie, I know where I'm going.
